Wine Appreciation
The Wine Appreciation group meets for educational and scientific research purposes only. Its members actually hate the stuff but purely for the greater good of science and society have undertaken to research the full range and variety of wines available, so that they know which ones they should avoid in future.
In fact there are about fifty members of the group who meet for an hour-and-a-half every month or so to sample up to 6 themed wines and discuss their respective merits. Members of the group take in turns to organise each event. Meetings are mostly held at 7:30 p.m. in the East Horsley Village Hall. The numbers attending each tasting are limited to 30 plus the hosts. Members are asked to advise the hosts if they will be attending.
The next meetings are:

February 16th "The wines of the Loire" Hosted by Geoffrey and Lesley Tregaskes
